Regulatory Compliance

Our training standards are aligned with South Africa's occupational health, safety, and labour legislation.

Occupational Health & Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993)

All safety and equipment programmes are designed to meet the competency requirements prescribed under the OHS Act and its regulations, including the General Safety Regulations and Construction Regulations.

Mine Health & Safety Act (Act 29 of 1996)

Heavy machinery and mining-related courses incorporate the competency standards required under the MHSA, ensuring learners are prepared for regulated mine environments.

SAQA Unit Standards
